Our Story

Jimmy Arnold and Stewart Grounds, both individually and as partners, have built their careers and excellent reputations through hard work and achieving exceptional results in the affordable and workforce housing industry.

They began to fulfill their potential in 2009 when Mr. Arnold, along with CFO Stewart Grounds, took over the Eureka Multifamily Group portfolio and expanded the business by over 500% and approximately 10,000 units.

And now, under the firm name, Arnold-Grounds Apartment Management & Affordable Housing Specialists, they manage over 70 properties and 6,000 affordable units located in 14 states.

“We are problem solvers and knew we could be successful operationally where others failed. There is no secret, it’s just a matter of applying our decades of experience of knowing how, when and what to do. We are honored and thankful to be able to make our style of operating available to both for-profit and non-profit owners alike. We like challenges.”
